Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reporting Application

This application can be utilized throughout the year to provide documentation to the College demonstrating successful completion of CME requirements for registration renewal.  Please go to SCoP eApplication to submit your documentation.  

Your mandatory certificates, mandatory skills and CME documentation should be scanned and uploaded to the application in pdf format. Only one pdf file can be uploaded per upload category in a session. Each pdf file, however, can include multiple pages. By attaching your supporting documentation, you are declaring that the documentation is true and accurate.

All members should keep records of completion for CME on file for up to five years and be prepared to provide the records in the event of an audit. Coordinators can sign off on CME, but members are still required to keep personal records in the event of an audit. Once processed, your CME and Licence requirements reports can be reviewed on SCoP ePortfolio.
