Continuing Medical Education (CME) 2014


A summary of the CME Requirements required for 2014 renewal is now available, as well as the four reporting forms (one for each License level).
The following forms should be used to report CME activity in 2013 for the purpose of meeting the requirements for license renewal for 2014.
