Our Administrative Bylaws, as voted on & approved by the membership at the 2012 Annual General Meeting (AGM), and updated and approved at the 2016 AGM, authorize the fee structure. The annual licence fee is determined using the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for September and rounded up to the nearest $5. The CPI for September, 2012 was 1.2%, which, when applied to the 2013 fee of $450 raised the 2014 fee to $460.
